New way of double crossing in performance: applying the physical elements of Beijing Opera to the UK actors' physical training and contemporary performance through Chinese classical dance body rhythm training

Beijing Opera and Chinese classical dance are two very representative and characteristic arts in Chinese performing arts. Beijing Opera, in particular, has had a certain influence on China and the whole of Asia, and even some European countries. However, few people have incorporated such Chinese representative artistic elements into Western performance training. This project aims to integrate the physical elements of Beijing Opera into the physical training of UK actors and modern performances through the physical rhythm training of classical Chinese dance as a bridge.
