Sophie Hedderwick | “in the blink of an eye”
Current M3C student Sophie Hedderwick will present and discuss her recent work “in the blink of an eye”. Inspired by Erin Manning’s notions of incipient movement and pre-acceleration (2009), the animation explores micro-gestures and faciality, when 2 girls meet, and looks at the way they communicate without words.
