The Little Mindfulness Retreat
A PhD is an enriching, fun and (hopefully) rewarding experience, however there are times when we all need to find time for relaxation. Relaxation and mindfulness are not only helpful for our general wellbeing but enhance productivity and creativity!
ADM PhD students are invited to attend The Little Mindfulness Retreat. This relaxing and fun half-day retreat will take place in a quiet and beautiful location in Edgbaston. This retreat is suitable for beginners and those who wish to gain a deeper experience of mindfulness.
You will learn a series of practical, secular, meditation techniques, helping you reduce stress and find inner calm. Take a breather from the busyness of modern life and your PhD!
