This project aims to look at the experiences of transmisogyny affected people and collect experiences and oral histories. The research focuses on the intersection between transphobia and misogyny and how this plays out in LGBTQ+ spaces as well as the everyday lives of the participants. The expected outcome of the project is to unpick the narratives that are created about trans women and transmisogyny affected people and the social and political climate we exist in, which allows for the narrative to be constructed. The aim of the research is to provide agency to the participants by allowing them to question or control the narrative.
