We are pleased to invite you to the Business, Law and social Sciences (BLSS) Faculty Research Conference 2018 which will focus on the theme of public engagement.

The conference provides the opportunity for staff and postgraduate researchers to meet, network, learn from each other, hear about the excellent research taking place across BLSS and explore future collaborative and cross-disciplinary research or enterprise initiatives.

Contributions will be via soapbox sessions, presentations and posters, with content structured around approaches that are:

• Collaborative – with other disciplines in the Faculty/wider University, or with external partners
• Cross-disciplinary – with other disciplines in the School/Faculty/wider University, or with external partners
• Using research outputs to inform teaching.

Research using other approaches may also be considered.
